Steering wheel controls are reversed from any other radios.  Key 1 is opposite to Key 2.  You cannot use the 3.5mm jack with a SWI module.  The PAC option in the Radio will not work because of that.  Wire the Key 1 and Key 2 wires directly and learn the functions to the radio by training them.

Steering wheel controls using Pioneer protocol will never do Key 2 functions (Accept Calls, Hang up calls)

To map buttons you must hold button on radio that you want to learn then hold button on steering . The radio button will light up and then you release the  radio button, and learn the next steering wheel button desired. When all buttons are learned ,click save. If mapping the buttons take off the pac option. to navigate to the steering wheel menu swipe left on the bottom settings menu to reveal the hidden option
